Juliet along with Shawn Bostad and other members of the Steelhead Coaching staff and athletes from Steelhead Select, will share their skills for speeding through transition, the largely overlooked “4th leg” of triathlon.
If you’re new to triathlon, we’ll walk you through the details of laying out your transition area and the flow from swim to bike to run. If you’re an experienced triathlete, we’ll take it up a notch, practicing stripping your swim gear, running with your bike and mounting your bike on the fly.
Transition practice is fun and fast and for everyone. Join us!
