What you get as a coached athlete:
Fully customized online training programs designed using Training Peaks. Premium account included. This is a yearly value of $119.
Scheduled updates once a week or once every two weeks. This is determined by the coach and athlete.
Unlimited contact with coach via email, FaceTime or Google Chat, phone and text.
Regular Data Analysis by Coach. (HR/ Run Pace, Swim Pace and Power).
10% off all other services and merchandise offered through Steelhead Coaching.
What we need from our athletes:
3 month minimum membership commitment.
