PROGRESSIVE GROUP STRENGTH
FOR ENDURANCE ATHLETES
Tuesdays 6pm-7pm, September 25th - October 30th
Location: Steelhead HQ
A six-week progressive strength training group class. This class is aimed at building overall muscular strength and endurance. We will meet once a week and you will have a second workout to do on your own. Each week we will go through the exercises together so you know what to do on that second day.
Exercises will progress each week. A properly designed strength training program is one of the easiest and fastest ways to improve endurance performance. This training program is great if you are looking to add some strength to your late season races or looking to continue your training through the fall.
