Our swim clinic is the perfect solution for someone looking to improve their front crawl swim stroke. The clinic is designed to teach you the fundamentals of an efficient front crawl through the use of under water video analysis, in depth drill sets and a very thorough dry land explanation of how to improve your stroke. If you are a beginner or a triathlete hoping to improve for next season, then this is the perfect clinic for you. The clinic will take place on March 9th (Saturday) and March 10th (Sunday) and will be a 2 hour sessions each day. Saturday’s class will start at 5pm and Sunday’s class will begin at 10am.
